Oroko Radio: KdK 2026 - Rosa Pistola, HALFQUEEN
Oroko Radio takes ZENNER on Sunday from 8pm, free entry, closing party for Karneval der Kulturen 2026. The Accra-based station has built one of the more interesting global soundsystem programming circuits going right now, and Rosa Pistola and HALFQUEEN holding the centre is the bill that suits the room. ZENNER on a summer Sunday with the outdoor section open is one of the better Berlin settings. Bring water. The closing slot tends to drift past midnight even on a school night.

FREE OPEN AIR - MIT DIR X CHRMTCA
Free open air at Industriepalast Hostel on Warschauer Straße, Saturday 1pm to 10pm, MIT DIR and CHRMTCA collectives co-hosting. The hostel courtyard has been one of the more reliable open-air spots in Friedrichshain for daytime parties and the lineup leans techno into house without committing to one register. Free entry, donations encouraged at the bar. Katzengold and Rosa Kante hold the early hours. Bring sunscreen. The drinks queue gets long around 4pm so pace accordingly.

FRESH FACES (FREE ENTRY): NAT, Phil XO, Parci, maniac&me
Bulbul Berlin on Thursday from 11pm, free all night, the Fresh Faces showcase pulling NAT, Parci, and maniac&me. The Kreuzberg room between Görlitzer and Kottbusser is small, the sound system honest, and the format genuinely a house party in the older Berlin sense. The lineup leans newer DJs working the deeper end of house and club. Free entry the whole night is the kind of structural generosity Berlin still does well at this scale. Drinks are reasonable. Show up before 1am.

Voragyne Takeover - Karneval Der Kulturen - Open Air & Indoor
Voragyne takeover at Birgit for the Karneval der Kulturen Saturday, free entry, indoor and open air running from 2pm. The collective has been building one of the more interesting Berlin queer techno programmes the last two years and the multi-floor format at Birgit suits the all-day arc. Aníbal VL, B/ANNIMALĪ, CosmiKat hold the central slots. The open air section is the move during daylight, the Wohnzimmer for the slower middle hours, Bunker after dark. Bring a hat and water.
